“针刀松解茎突”治疗周围性面神经炎

Efficacy of Zhendao Songjie Jingtu on peripheral facial neuritis

目的:研究“针刀松解茎突”治疗周围性面神经炎临床治疗效果。方法:将本院2017年1月-2018年8月收治的62例周围性面神经炎患者作为研究对象,并随机将其分为对照组与观察组,均31例。对照组实施常规治疗,给予药物、针灸以及推拿治疗,观察组在此治疗的基础上增加针刀松解茎突治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果、两组中医证候积分以及治疗前后面肌肌电信号。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组;观察组口眼喎斜、颜面麻木、眼睑闭合不全、面部抽搐等各项中医症状积分均显著低于对照组;观察组治疗后面肌肌电信号显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在周围性面神经炎治疗中应用针刀松解茎突治疗,能够有效改善患者面部症状,提高患者面肌肌电信号和治疗效果。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Zhendao Songjie Jingtu(针刀松解茎突)on peripheral facial neuritis.Methods:62 patients were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,including medicine,acupuncture and massage.The observation group was treated by Zhendao Songjie Jingtu.The effects,TCM syndrome score and EMG signal before and after treatment were observed in groups.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.The scores of TCM syndromes such as mouth and eye deviation,facial numbness,eyelid insufficiency and facial convulsion in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;the EMG signals in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhendao Songjie Jingtu on peripheral facial can effectively improve facial symptoms,facial EMG signal and therapeutic effects.
