总结杨光教授针灸治疗耳鸣的临床经验及验案分析。杨光教授认为耳鸣与脏腑、经络关系密切,诊治须明辨脏腑虚实,辨经取穴、局部取穴与远端取穴相结合;治疗注重疏通三阳经之气血,重视配合火针、艾灸方式综合治疗。通过介绍杨光教授治疗耳鸣的经验方法,以期为临床治病提供参考。

This paper summarizes the clinical experience of Yang Guang in treating tinnitus by acupuncture.Professor Yang Guang believes that tinnitus is closely related to Zangfu(脏腑)and Jingluo(经络).The diagnosis and treatment must be pay attention to Xu(虚)and Shi(实)in Zangfu.The treatment should focus on fire acupuncture and moxibustion.Experience of Professor Yang Guang was introduced,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
