印堂穴放血疗法治疗高血压病的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating hypertension by bloodletting therapy

目的:观察印堂穴放血疗法治疗高血压病的临床效果。方法:收集2018年1月1日-12月31日在永州市中医院体检中心及门诊招募的60例高血压病患者,采用随机数字法将其分为A组、B组、C组和D组,每组15例,A组予以生活方式干预,B组予以生活方式干预和苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗,C组予以生活方式干预和印堂穴放血疗法,D组予以生活方式干预,苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片和印堂穴放血疗法,对比四组患者的血压水平、降压效果、中医证候疗效、血脂水平。结果:四组患者治疗后的收缩压、舒张压均较治疗前有所降低,下降幅度从大到小依次为D组、C组、B组、A组,差异显著(P<0.05);A组降压效果的总有效率为53.3%,B组为80.0%,C组为73.3%,D组为93.3%,对比差异显著(P<0.05);A组中医证候疗效的总有效率为60.0%,B组为73.3%,C组为86.7%,D组为93.3%,对比差异显著(P<0.05);四组患者治疗后的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均较治疗前有所降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇较治疗前有所升高,改善幅度从大到小依次为D组、B组、C组、A组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:印堂穴放血疗法治疗高血压病的临床效果显著,可明显改善患者的血压水平与血脂水平,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of bloodletting on Yintang Xue(印堂穴)on hypertension.Methods:Sixty patients were randomly divided into group A,group B,group C and group D,15 cases in each group.Group A was given lifestyle intervention,group B was treated by lifestyle intervention plus levamlodipine besylate tablets,group C was given lifestyle intervention plus bloodletting on Yintang Xue,and group D was given lifestyle intervention,levoamlodipine besylate plus bloodletting on Yintang Xue.Results:The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in four groups were lower than those before treatment.The descending order was group D,group C,group B and group A(P<0.05).The total efficiency in decompression was 53.3%,80.0%in group B,73.3%in group C,and 93.3%in group D(P<0.05).The total efficiency in TCM syndrome in group A was 60.0%,73.3%in group B,86.7%in group C,and 93.3%in group D(P<0.05).The total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were decreased in four groups after treatment.Afore treatment,the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was increased than that before treatment.The improvement order was group D,group B,group C and group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bloodletting therapy on hypertension is effective,which can significantly improve the blood pressure and blood lipid,which is worthy of clinical implementation.
