党中勤教授治疗急性胰腺炎经验撷萃

Experience of professor Dang Zhongqin in treating acute pancreatitis

急性胰腺炎(Acute Pancreatitis,AP)发病机理复杂,常累及多个器官,具有较高的发病率和病死率,中医药治疗本病有良好的疗效。党中勤教授通过多年临床探索和经验总结,衷中参西,提出治疗应以“通”为主,自拟通腑止痛汤,并因人而异,再此基础上加减应用,效果颇佳。本文通过对急性胰腺炎的中医病因病机、治法方药、中医多途径治疗及预防等几个方面论述,为治疗急性胰腺炎提供新的思路,从而对并发症和病死率的降低发挥重要作用。

Acute pancreatitis shows complex pathogenesis,often involving multiple organs,with a high incidence and mortality.TCM medicine treatment on this disease has a good effect.Professor Dang Zhongqin summarizes clinical exploration and experience for many years,proposes that the treatment should be pay attention to Tong(通),studies on self-made Tongfu Zhitong decoction(通腑止痛汤)The decoction was applied according to syndrome differentiation.The effect is quite good.This article discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of pancreatitis in TCM,prescriptions of TCM medicine,multi-way treatment in TCM and prevention from acute pancreatitis,in order to provide a new way.Thus,the new way plays an important role in the reduction of complications and mortality.
