甲状腺功能亢进症应用柴胡栀子汤治疗的效果观察

Observation on treating hyperthyroidism with the Chaihu Zhizi decoction

目的:探究柴胡栀子汤在甲状腺功能亢进症治疗中的应用效果。方法:将2017年11月-2018年11月在我院内分泌专科就诊的88例甲状腺功能亢进患者作为本次研究对象,按照就诊顺序分为对照组和研究组,对照组实施常规西药治疗,研究组患者实施柴胡栀子汤进行治疗,分组对比患者治疗后临床证候积分、甲状腺大小、心率改善以及甲状腺功能情况。结果:研究组患者治疗后临床证候积分均低于对照组,且甲状腺功能恢复优于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且两组患者治疗后心率统计对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:甲状腺功能亢进患者治疗中柴胡栀子汤的临床应用效果更佳显著,能够有效改善患者甲状腺功能异常,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of the Chaihu Zhizi decoction(柴胡栀子汤)on hyperthyroidism.Methods:88 patients with hyperthyroidism as the subject of this study were divided into the control and the study group according to the order of treatment.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with the Chaihu Zhizi decoction.After treatment,the clinical syndrome scores,thyroid size,heart rate improvement and thyroid function in two groups were compared.Results:The clinical syndrome scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the recovery of thyroid function was better than that in the control group.The differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in heart rate between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of the Chaihu Zhizi decoction on hyperthyroidism was significant.The Chaihu Zhizi decoction can effectively improve thyroid dysfunction in patients,and is worthy of popularization and application.
