摘要
目的:分析加味黄芪建中汤在治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡方面的临床应用价值。方法:将我院脾胃科自2016年9月-2017年9月间收治的360例确诊为胃溃疡(中医辨证为脾胃虚寒型)的患者按照数字随即原则分为观察组及对照组,每组各180例,其中对照组给予西医常规治疗,包括奥美拉唑20 mg,2次/d,口服,阿莫西林0.25 g,3次/d,口服,甲硝唑片0.4 g,2次/d;观察组则在对照组治疗基础上给予加味黄芪建中汤内服,连续治疗6周后分析两组患者的症状改善情况、临床疗效、不良反应发生率、幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)根除情况、同时分析两组患者1年内的病情复发情况。结果:临床症状改善方面,观察组患者临床症状改善情况明显优于对照组,差异明显;观察组临床有效率为95.0%,与对照组(85.5%)相比较优势明显,两者差异明显(P<0.05);在不良反应发生率方面,对照组不良反应发生率为12.8%,明显高于观察组(6.1%),两者差异明显(P<0.05);在Hp根除率方面,治疗结束后,观察组患者的Hp根除率明显优于对照组,其差异明显(P<0.05);在复发率方面,观察组1年内胃溃疡复发率为8.3%,明显低于对照组(15.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用加味黄芪建中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡不仅能够获得良好的临床治疗效果,同时可有效避免不良反应的发生情况,且远期疗效良好,可减少复发情况,有助于维护患者的身体健康,值得推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of the Huangqi Jianzhong decoction(黄芪建中汤)on gastric ulcer of the Piwei Xuhan type(脾胃虚寒型).Methods:360 patients were divided into the observation group and control group,180 patients in each group.The control group was given western medicine,including omeprazole 20 mg,two times per day,oral,amoxicillin 0.25 g,three times per day,oral,metronidazole tablets 0.4 g,two times per day.The observation group was treated with the Huangqi Jianzhong decoction more.Results:The improvement of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group.The clinical efficiency was 95.0%in the observation group,was better than 85.5%in the control group(P<0.05).Adverse reactions in the control group was 12.8%,significantly higher than 6.1%in the observation group(P<0.05).Hp eradication rate in the observation group was significantly better(P<0.05).Recurrence rate of gastric ulcer in the observation group was 8.3%within one year,was significantly lower than 15.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on gastric ulcer was effective,can effectively decrease adverse reactions,with good long-term efficacy,reduce recurrence,and is worth promoting.
