益气通络法联合红光和针刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床研究

A study on treating postherpetic neuralgia by the Yiqi Tongluo method plus red light and acupuncture

目的:分析益气通络法联合红光和针刺治疗对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的临床疗效。方法:选择我院收治的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者100例纳入研究。将其按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组(使用红光治疗和针刺治疗)和观察组(使用益气通络法联合红光治疗和针刺治疗)各50例,对两组治疗效果进行对比。结果:观察组的治疗有效率明显优于对照组,同时观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分量表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分及住院时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者实施临床治疗时,通过使用益气通络法联合红光和针刺治疗可取得明显更佳的治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of the Yiqi Tongluo method(益气通络法)plus red light and acupuncture on postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:100 patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to our hospital were selected for the study.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into the control group(treated by red light and acupuncture)and observation group(treated by Yiqi Tongluo method plus red light and acupuncture).The effects in the two groups were compared.Results:The efficiency in the observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the VAS and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yiqi Tongluo method plus red light and acupuncture on postherpetic neuralgia were more effective.
