548张中西药联合用药处方合理性调查研究

Investigation and study on the rationality of 548 prescriptions of the integrative medicine

目的:研究中西药联合用药处方的合理性。方法:本文采用回顾性的方法对2015年4月-2018年6月我院门诊开出的548张中西药联合用药处方进行研究,探讨中西药联用的合理性。结果:在总共开出的548张药方中,一共有19张(3.47%)不合理的药方。其中,理化配伍错误,药理配伍不当以及重复用药的药方分别有6,4以及9张,分别占总处方的1.09%,0.73%以及1.64%,且分别占不合理药方的31.58%,21.05%以及47.37%,同时,各科室出现的处方不当情况以急诊科出现重复用药情况最为多见。结论:近几年来,医院仍然有不合理的中西药联合用药处方存在,医院应增加对药师的培训,使其能够充分掌握中药和西药的理化和药理的相关知识,以预防配伍不当以及重复用药的发生,提高科学用药的意识,保证中西药联合用药处方的安全性。

Objective:To investigate rationality of the integrative medicine.Methods:From April 2015 to June 2018,548 prescriptions of the integrative medicine were retrospectively studied.Results:In 548 prescriptions,19 prescriptions(3.47%)were unreasonable.Among them,6 prescriptions(1.09%)were wrong in physical and chemical compatibility,4 prescriptions(0.73%)were improper pharmacological compatibility,and 9 prescriptions(1.64%)were repeated,accounting for 31.58%,21.05%and 47.37%of the unreasonable prescriptions,respectively.The repeated use of the emergency department is the most common.Conclusion:In recent years,there were still unreasonable prescriptions for the integrative medicines in hospitals.Relevant training should be increased to reduce irrational use of drugs and safe medication.
