摘要
根据对近年来糖尿病肾病(Diabetic Nephropathy,DN)相关文献的查阅,总结糖尿病肾病的病因病机,从拟方治疗、经方治疗、中成药治疗方面的内容整理归纳中医药治疗糖尿病肾病的发展现状,说明其优势与不足,为临床治疗提供方法,为临床研究提供思路,以提高治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效,进一步推进中医药治疗糖尿病肾病的临床研究。
According to the literature review of diabetic nephropathy in recent years,etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy,the development of TCM in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy from the aspects of self-made prescription,classical prescription and TCM patent medicine were summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages were described.It will provide the methods for the treatment and ideas for clinical research,to improve the clinical effect on diabetic nephropathy and further promote clinical study.
