摘要
某石化公司85 kt/a润滑油加氢装置反应流出物高压空冷器管束发生腐蚀泄漏,装置被迫停工。对空冷器内的介质及管束泄漏情况进行检查分析,发现:原料油中硫氮含量高、空冷器入口温度高、注水量不足和空冷器管束内介质流速较低,造成空冷器管束内铵盐沉积,产生垢下腐蚀导致空冷器管束腐蚀泄漏。针对空冷器管束泄漏原因采取调整工艺流程、调整注水量和降低入口温度等防腐蚀措施,达到了预期效果。
A 85 kt/a hydrogenation unit was forced to shut down due to the leakage of air cooler tube bundle. Through eddy current testing and macroscopic inspection, it is found that leakage was caused by high contents of sulfur and nitrogen in raw oil, high temperature of cooler inlet, insufficient water injection and low velocity of medium. Control measures were proposed accordingly and desired performance was achieved.
