摘要
介绍了某公司渣油加氢装置反应加热炉F101-Ⅱ炉管外壁高温纳米陶瓷涂层喷涂技术的应用情况,对喷涂前后燃料气消耗量、炉膛和炉管外壁温度、排烟温度及热效率等参数进行了对比和分析,结果表明使用高温纳米陶瓷涂层后排烟温度显著下降,与同期对比下降了约10℃左右,炉子的热效率提高了0.98个百分点,并可有效防止炉管腐蚀。
The application of nano-ceramic coating used in heating furnace F101-Ⅱ of a residue hydrogenation unit was introduced. Parameters such as gas consumption, furnace chamber temperature, tube outer wall temperature, exhaust temperature and thermal efficiency before and after spraying were compared and analyzed. The results showed that exhaust temperature decreased by 10 ℃, furnace thermal efficiency increased by 0.98% and tube corrosion was effectively prevented.
