摘要
采用能谱仪(EDS)等分析手段,对某石化公司制氢转化炉下破裂的猪尾管进行了失效分析。结果显示:破裂处的晶界有M23C6,σ相和η相析出,发生了晶间腐蚀和应力腐蚀,最后导致材料脆化和高温蠕变破裂。材料不合格、稳定化热处理未按要求严格执行,是导致下猪尾管断裂的根本原因。
Failure analysis of down-tail tube was carried out by means of EDS and XRD in Karamay Petrochemical Company. The results showed that precipitation of M23C6, σ phase and η phase at fractured grain boundary resulted in intercrystalline corrosion and stress corrosion, which eventually led to material brittleness and creep rupture. Unqualified material and disorganized management of stabilizing treatment were the root causes.
