生根剂对橡胶树组培苗移栽成活率和根系生长的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Different Rooting Agents on Survival Rate and Root Growth of Tissue Cultured Rubber Plants

摘要 以‘热研7-33-97’橡胶树组培苗为试验材料,采用随机区组试验方法,研究生根剂种类、浓度和处理方式对橡胶树组培苗移栽成活率和根系生长的影响。结果表明,国光生根剂比生根壮苗提苗灵的效果好。浸根条件下,国光生根剂稀释倍数为14000倍时,组培苗的移栽成活率最高,达82.2%,比清水浸根处理高14.4%。移栽后25 d,组培苗的抽芽率可以达到72.2%,比清水浸根和清水淋根处理分别高7.8%和3.3%,缩短了育苗时间7 d左右。浸根条件下,国光生根剂稀释倍数为14000倍时,根系生长指标均优于生根壮苗提苗灵。 Tissue cultured plants of rubber clone Reyan 7-33-97 were used as test materials and arranged in randomized blocks to analyze the effects of rooting agents in type,concentration and treatment method on the transferring survival rate and root growth of the tissue cultured plants.The results showed that Guoguang rooting agent had a better effect on rooting than the rooting agent Shenggenzhuangmiaotimiaoling.The tissue cultured plants were dipped in Guoguang rooting agent diluted at 1:14000 and then transferred onto sand bed for further culture.They had the highest success rate(up to82.2%)25 days after transferring,which was 14.4%higher than that of the water dipping treatment,and produced a bud shooting rate of 72.2%,which was 7.8%and 3.3%higher than that of the water dipping and the watering treatments,respectively,reducing propagation time by about 7 days.The tissue cultured plants when dipped in Guoguang rooting agent diluted at 1:14000 showed a better root growth than the rooting agent Shenggenzhuangmiaotimiaoling.
