摘要
明确不同产地、不同类别的"金花"茶中微生物的区别与联系,为茶叶加工工艺的优化与创新提供理论基础。利用传统培养法结合DNA测序分析,对八种"金花"茶样中的微生物进行分离鉴定,结果表明:分离出的"金花"菌为冠突曲霉和冠突散囊菌;对"金花"菌以外的其他可培养微生物进行了分离鉴定,所有茶样中均分离出了阿姆斯特丹曲霉(Aspergillus amstelodami)和谢瓦氏曲霉(Aspergillus chevalieri)。8种"金花"茶中均分离得到了"金花"菌,但由于茶叶类别和产地的不同,8种茶样所含的微生物又各有不同,同一类别的茶样中含有的微生物种类更相似。
An attempt was made to clarify the difference and relationship of microorganisms in tea ’Golden Flower’ in different origins and types to provide a theoretical basis for the optimization and innovation of tea processing technology. By using traditional culture method combined with DNA sequencing analysis, the microorganisms in the samples of eight products of tea ’Golden Flower’ were cultured, isolated and identified. The microorganisms of tea ’Golden Flower’ isolated were Aspergillus cristatus and Eurotium cristatum. All the tea samples were found to have Aspergillus amstelodami and Aspergillus chevalieri. The microorganisms of tea ’Golden Flower’ were isolated from all the samples of eight tea products. The microorganisms were different in the samples of the eight tea products because the tea products were different in types and origins, but the microorganisms were more similar in the same type of the tea product.
