某锡矿山深井局部巷道排热降温通风优化方案 被引量:1

摘要 某锡矿地下采场深近千米,开采最深处-200m水平独头巷道工作面温度高达36.5℃。本文主要针对独头巷道掘进工作面存在的高温问题,提出了4种排热降温通风方案,并具体阐述了自动控制制冷压入式通风降温方案及其应用该方案使用风冷制冷机组,机组内置自动保护,可在无人值守情况下安全运行风冷制冷机组冷媒管与空冷器链接,由局部通讯机压送的风流经过空冷器被降温,降温后的风流经绝热风管送到工作面,从而达到通风降温目的,可有效解决独头工作面通风质量与效果的难题。 The underground stope of a tin mine is nearly kilometers deep,The temperature of the working face of the single-headed roadway with the deepest mining depth of-200 m level is as high as 36.5℃.This paper mainly aims at the problem of high temperature existing in dead end sinking face,have put forward four ventilation schemes for heat exhaust and cooling.and expounds the automatic control of refrigeration pressure into the ventilation cooling scheme and its application.The scheme uses air-cooled refrigeration unit,which has built-in automatic protection and can operate safely in unattended condition.The refrigerant tube of the air-cooled refrigeration unit is connected with the air cooler.The air flow compressed by the local fan is cooled through the air cooler The air flow after cooling is sent to the working face through adiabatic duct,to achieve the purpose of ventilation and cooling,it can effectively solve the difficult problem of ventilation quality and effect in single-headed working face.
