摘要
针对目前我国使用的矿井液压支架控制器大多采用进口,而进口设备存在成本高、兼容性差、维修不方便等缺点。本文设计开发了一套基于单片机的液压支架控制器,介绍了控制系统整体架构,控制器关键硬件设计、功能软件流程等。通过井下试验验证了功能实现良好,能够满足工业生产的需求,为井下同类型控制器的设计提供了思路。
At present,most of the mine hydraulic support controllers used in our country are imported,however,the imported equipment has the disadvantages of high cost,poor compatibility and inconvenient maintenance.This paper designs and develops a set of hydraulic support controller based on MCU,the overall structure of control system is introduced,controller key hardware design,functional software flow,etc.The downhole test proves that the function is well realized,it can meet the needs of industrial production and provide ideas for the design of similar controllers in underground mine.
