基于粗糙集的中医诊断算法实现

Algorithmic Realization of TCM Diagnosis Based on Rough Set

中医诊断的传统方式是通过望、闻、问、切来判断症状,但这些症状通常都只是被定性描述,缺乏定量的评价标准,并且对于最终的分类与描述,不同人也有不同的判定规则。数据挖掘技术能够进行症状的规范化和定量分析,从而辅助临床医生对病患症状进行定量分析以及结合经验进行定性判定。粗糙集在本文中被应用到对中医诊断中的大量数据进行信息处理及算法实现。

The traditional way of TCM diagnosis is to judge symptoms by watching,hearing,interrogating and cutting,but these are qualitative descriptions,lack of quantitative criteria,and different people have different views on their classification and description.Data mining technology may complete the standardization and quantitative analysis of symptoms.It can assist clinicians to analyze and determine patients’symptoms.Rough set can deal with a large number of data in the diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine in the article.
