陕西省鸡源血清C-4型禽腺病毒分离与鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Fowl Adenovirus Serotype C-4 infection happened in Shaanxi Province

2018年5月,西安市某蛋鸡养殖场43 d蛋鸡群出现发热、精神沉郁、拉黄绿色稀便、冠髯苍白等症状,剖检表现为:心包积液,肝脏极度肿大,质脆易碎,色淡呈现土黄色,脾脏、肾脏充血肿大,腺胃乳头有弥散性出血点。根据临床症状、核酸、血清抗体和病理学检测结果确诊为:血清C-4型禽腺病毒感染。

In May 2018, fever, depression, yellow-green loose stools, pale crown beard and other symptoms were observed among 43-day-old laying hens in Xi ’an, Shaanxi province. The autopsy indicated typical pericardial effusion, the swelling, paleness, yellowness, and brittleness were found in liver;the congestion and swelling of spleen and kidney;punctual or prophyritic bleeding was shown on the surface of glandular nipple in some sick chickens. According to clinical symptoms combined with serologic and specific nucleic acid detection, we confirmed the chicken flock was infected by fowl?adenovirus serotype C-4.
