天祝县草原防火应急工作现状及对策

草原是改善陆地生态系统、维护生态平衡、实现环境与经济社会可持续发展的纽带,是广大农牧民赖以生存的重要生产生活资料。草原防火事关农牧民生命财产安全,事关区域生态安全,事关牧区经济社会发展安全,做好草原防火工作,任务艰巨,责任重大。近年来,天祝县草原防火工作虽然得到了高度重视和加强,但与草原保护与建设的实际需要相比,还存在较大差距。主要表现在防火薄弱环节多、防火物资储备滞后、消防手段及机动能力有限等诸多方面。因此,需进一步加强草原防火应急管理工作,应对草原火灾突发灾害,对于保护和利用好天然草原资源,减少资源的损失和破坏,保障全县经济的健康稳定发展,改变牧区贫困落后的面貌,加快脱贫奔小康建设步伐都具有十分重要的意义。

It is also an important production and living materials for farmers and herdsmen. Grassland fire prevention concerns life and property safety of farmers and herdsmen, regional ecological security, economic and social development security of pastoral areas. So it is an arduous task and a great responsibility to do a good work in grassland fire prevention. In recent years, the grassland fire prevention work in Tianzhu county has been highly valued and strengthened, but there is still a big gap compared with the actual needs of grassland protection and construction. It is mainly manifested in many aspects, such as many weaknesses in fire prevention, lagging fire material reserve, limited fire fighting means and mobility. Therefore, it is of great significance to further strengthen the emergency management of grassland fire prevention and to deal with the grassland fire disaster for protecting and utilizing natural grassland resources, reducing the loss and destruction of resources, ensuring the healthy and stable development of economy, changing the poor and backward situation of pastoral areas, and speeding up poverty alleviation and well-off construction.
