定西地区某奶牛场4例子宫内膜炎的诊治与体会

Diagnosis and Treatment of four Cases of Bovine Endometritis in a Farm in Dingxi Area

为了筛选出有效治疗奶牛子宫内膜炎的方法,本文采用临床观察、直肠检查、阴道检查初步判断出子宫内膜炎,结合化学诊断、子宫内膜回流液诊断、尿液化学诊断等方法确诊。对隐性子宫内膜炎、脓性子宫内膜炎分别采用10%Nacl冲洗和抗生素疗法配合肌肉注射、静脉补液治愈病牛。结果显示子宫内膜回流液诊断对隐性子宫内膜炎的确诊有决定性意义,抗生素疗法配合肌肉注射、静脉补液疗效较好。

In order to find effective methods for the treatment of endometritis in dairy cows, this experiment aimed at diagnosing bovine endometritis through clinical observation, rectal and vaginal examination, and the combination of chemical and endometrial reflux fluid diagnosis. In the paper, four cases were determined. Combined with intramuscular injection and intravenous fluid infusion, recessive and purulent endometritis were treated by an injection of 10% NaCl and antibiotics therapy, respectively. The results showed that endometrial reflux fluid was a quick way to diagnose endometritis and the treatment was an efficient way to treat the disease.
