本文归纳了我国全口径跨境融资宏观审慎管理的特点,系统梳理欧元区、澳大利亚、韩国等国家地区外债管理实践及其经验启示,提出完善我国跨境融资宏观审慎管理框架的构想。

This paper summarizes the characteristics of macro prudential management of cross-border financing,and gives a systematic review of foreign debt management practices in Euro area,Australia,South korea and other countries and regions.Finally,the paper puts forward the ideas of improving the macro prudential management framework of cross-border financing in China.
