摘要
本文立足检验检测机构,结合实际工作,从科技创新和科技工作体制等方面谈论目前检验检测技术机构的现状。通过对海关检验检疫部门、市场监管系统技术机构、食药检测机构在科技创新工作中存在的机构定位,激励机制,人才保持,科技成果转化等一些普遍共性问题进行分析,提出5条科研管理创新建议。
Based on inspection and testing institutions,combined with practical work,this paper discusses the current status of inspection and testing institutions from the aspects of scientific and technological innovation and scientific and technological work system. By analyzing the institutional positioning,incentive mechanism,talent retention,transformation of scientific and technological achievements and other common problems existing in scientific and technological innovation work of customs inspection and quarantine department,technical institutions of market supervision system and food and drug inspection institutions,five suggestions for scientific research management innovation are put forward.
