急诊血凝检验标本周转时间的调查分析及改进研究

Investigation and Improvement of Turnover Time of Clinical Emergency Hemagglutination Test Specimens

目的研究临床急诊血凝检验标本周转时间并提出改进方法,从而找到缩短周转时间的有效方法,提高医护人员对临床的服务质量。方法本次研究利用实验室信息系统和医院信息系统选取本院近一年来收集的急诊血凝检验标本周转时间的相关数据,统计关于标本申请到采样(T1)、采样到送出(T2)、送出到接收(T3)、采样到接收(T4)、接收到报告(T5)、采样到报告(T6)6个指标。对不同临床科室标本申请到采集时间,不同采集时间段采集到送达时间,以及不同送达时间段签收到报告的周转时间进行统计学描述。结果本次研究收集到急诊血凝标本7151份。申请到采集时间最长,送达到报告时间最短,接收到报告时间也较长。超过一半的标本无法在1小时内报告,泌尿外科的T1时间要明显长于耳鼻喉科和风湿科,并且肛肠二科、肿瘤科等科室T1时间明显长于产科、神经外科等科室。结论检验科应关注检验前和检验后,全面监控检验的全过程,不应只关注检验实验室,要加强与其他科室的衔接,及时反馈有效信息,减少不必要的繁琐步骤,不断提高检验的效率,提升自身服务质量。

Objective To study the turnover time of clinical emergency hemagglutination test specimens and put forward improving methods to explore effective methods to shorten the turnover time and improve the quality of medical staff services. Methods In this study,laboratory information system and hospital information system were used to select the data about the turnover time of emergency blood coagulation test specimens collected in our hospital in recent one year,and statistics were made on the sample application to sampling(T1),sampling to sending(T2),sending to receiving(T3),sampling to receiving(T4),receiving reports(T5). Six indicators were sampled and reported(T6). Statistical descriptions were made on the collection time of specimens from different clinical departments,the collection and delivery time of specimens from different collection periods,and the turnaround time of signing and receiving reports from different service periods. Results 7151 emergency blood coagulation specimens were collected in this study. It takes the longest time to collect applications,the shortest time to send reports and the longer time to receive reports. More than half of the specimens could not be reported within one hour. The time of T1 in urology department was longer than that in otolaryngology and rheumatology department,and the time of T1 in anorectal department and oncology department was longer than that in obstetrics department and neurosurgery department. Conclusion The inspection department should pay attention to the evaluation of the results before and after the inspection,monitor the whole process of the inspection,and not only focus on the results of the inspection laboratory,strengthen the connection with the evaluation of the results of the inspection of other departments,give timely feedback of effective information,reduce unnecessary steps,and improve the efficiency of the inspection.
