口岸货场小麦粉螨污染的监测

摘要 目的监测某口岸货场中暂存小麦粉螨污染的情况,以了解该小麦携带粉螨的主要螨种。方法采集该口岸货场的小麦样本,使用直接镜检法分离粉螨,制成玻片标本,在光学显微镜下观察其形态特征和测量大小,对螨种进行鉴定和分类。结果从该批小麦样本中分离出粉螨4种,分别为粗脚粉螨(Acarus siro)、腐食酪螨(Tyrophagus putrescentiae)、纳氏皱皮螨(Suidasia nesbitti)、害嗜鳞螨(Lepidoglyphus destructor),隶属于2科4属,其平均孳生密度(747只/100g)7.47只/g。结论该小麦存在粉螨污染且较为严重,应及时采取相应的的防制措施,降低粉螨污染带来的危害。 Objective Monitoring of acaroid mites pollution in imported wheat of grain storage at a port warehouse to understand the main species of acaroid mites in the wheat. Methods The breeding mites from wheat samples were separated directly under a microscope and the glass specimens were made to observe the morphological feature of the mites under a light microscope,then the mites species were identified and classified based on the morphological characteristics. Results Four species of acaroid mites were isolated from the wheat samples,namely Acarus siro,Tyrophagus putrescentiae,Suidasia nesbitti,Lepidoglyphus destructor,Belonging to 2 families and 4 genera. The average breeding density is 1.021/g. Conclusion The pollution of Acaroid mites is serious in the wheat,for which the positive prevention and control measures to the Acaroid mite breeding should be taken to reduce the harm.
