摘要
通过文献综述的方式,对近几年国内外有关正念App的研究进行探讨,描述了手机App辅助的正念干预内容、干预效果及其优缺点。在干预内容上,正念App均对正念的概念、哲理和操作有所解释,但程度不同。在健康人群的应用中,发现手机App辅助的正念训练在提升幸福感、减少心智游移、减少压力方面具有较好的效果。现有证据提示,手机App可以作为面对面正念干预的有效辅助和补充,但今后仍需对App的质量及功能进行改善,对其干预效果进行全面评估。
Through literature review,this paper discusses the research of mindfulness app at home and abroad in recent years,and also describes the content,effect,advantages and disadvantages of mindfulness intervention assisted by mobile app.In terms of intervention content,mindfulness app explains the concept,philosophy and operation of mindfulness,but to different degrees.In its application for healthy people,it is found that the mindfulness training assisted by mobile app has a better effect on improving happiness,reducing mental wandering and reducing stress.The existing evidence suggests that mobile app can be used as an effective assistant and supplement for face-to-face mindfulness intervention,but the quality and function of app still need to be improved in the future,and the intervention effect needs to be comprehensively evaluated.
