摘要
急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是呼吸科及重症医学科的重点、难点,因无明确有效的治疗方法而病死率极高。内质网应激(ERS)可介导炎性反应及细胞凋亡,是ARDS的重要发病机制;并且抑制ERS可改善ARDS结果。
Acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)is a critical syndrome found in respiratory department and intensive care department,with no effective treatment and the mortality rate of which is extremely high.Endoplasmic reticulum stress plays an important role in the onset and development of acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)by inducing inflammation and cell apoptosis,while inhibition of endoplasmic reticulum stress may alleviate ARDS.
