双钙钛矿氧化物Gd1.7Ce0.3NiMnO6的磁热效应 被引量:1

摘要 采用高温固相反应法制备了双钙钛矿氧化物Gd1.7Ce0.3NiMnO6多晶样品。该样品呈现良好的单相性,空间点群为单斜晶系P21/n;样品在T>TG为纯顺磁态,TC<T<TG为顺磁-铁磁共存态,在此温区样品出现类Griffiths相;外场为7T时,Gd1.7Ce0.3NiMnO6在居里温度附近出现ΔSM最大值,为-2.376J/(kg·K);其RCP为213.88J/kg,具备作为高温区磁制冷材料的潜能;Arrott曲线、重标定曲线以及Loop曲线皆证明该样品的铁磁-顺磁转变为二级相变。 The double perovskite oxide Gd1.7Ce0.3NiMnO6polycrystalline sample is prepared by high temperature solid phase reaction.The sample exhibits good single-phase properties,and the spatial point group is monoclinic P21/n;the sample is pure paramagnetic state at T>TG,and TC<T<TGis paramagnetic-ferromagnetic coexistence state.The sample has a Griffiths-like phase;when the external field is 7T,Gd1.7Ce0.3NiMnO6has a maximumΔSM near the Curie temperature,which is-2.376J/(kg·K);its RCP is 213.88J/kg,which has the potential to be a magnetic refrigeration material in high temperature areas.Arrott curve,recalibration curve,and Loop curve all prove that the ferromagnetic-paramagnetic transformation of the sample is a second-order phase transition.
