摘要
利用还原扩散法回收钕铁硼油泥制备了再生烧结磁体。利用草酸盐共沉淀的方法将钕铁硼油泥废料制备成铁和稀土元素的混合氧化物,再利用还原扩散的方法将混合氧化物转化成钕铁硼粉末。最后通过纳米NdHx掺杂、取向压型和烧结退火制备出再生烧结磁体。所得再生磁体的最优磁性能为:剩磁(Br)为1.201T,矫顽力(Hci)为517.6kA/m,最大磁能积﹝(BH)max﹞为258.0kJ/m^3。
Regenerated sintered magnets were prepared by recovery of NdFeB sludge by reduction diffusion process.Method of oxalate coprecipitation is used to obtain a mixed oxide containing rare earth and iron from the NdFeB sludge and eduction diffusion method is applied to prepare NdFeB powders from the mixed oxide.Finally,a regenerated sintered magnet was prepared by nano-NdHxdopping,orientation molding,and sintering annealing.The optimum magnetic properties of the obtained regenerated magnets were:remanence(Br)of 1.201T,coercivity force(Hci)of 517.6kA/m,and the maximum energy product﹝(BH)max﹞of 258.0kJ/m^3.
