摘要
采用改进的Hummer法制备氧化石墨烯,并用原子力显微镜、红外光谱、衍射光谱、拉曼光谱、电子自旋共振波谱研究了它的表面形貌和谱学特征,并分析了其结构特点。结果表明:实验制备的氧化石墨烯为单层,其特征峰在10.6°,层间距为0.839 nm;表面分布着大量的含氧官能团;特征峰为D峰和G峰。氧化石墨烯存在自旋共振峰,在空气中稳定存在,表明氧化方法制备的氧化石墨烯存在缺陷。
Graphene oxide was prepared by modified Hummer method.The surface morphology and spectral characteristics of graphene oxide were studied by atomic force microscopy,infrared spectroscopy,diffraction spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy and electron self-spin resonance spectroscopy.The structural characteristics were analyzed.The results showed that the experimentally prepared graphene oxide was a single layer with a characteristic peak at 10.6°and a layer spacing of 0.839 nm.The surface was distributed with a large number of oxygen-containing functional groups.The characteristic peaks of graphene oxide were D peak and G peak.Graphene oxide had a spin resonance peak and was stably present in air,which indicated that graphene oxide prepared by the oxidation method had defects.
