课堂教学与生产教学相结合的化学电源课程

摘要 化学电源课程实践性强。电池的部分工艺原理等难点,如负极过量、紧装配、气体室设计等,学生仅在课堂教学上难以理解和掌握。生产教学能够促使学生理解课堂教学无法清晰、准确和有效表达的工艺原理,同时激励学生思考性学习。如成品电池在设计和生产时留置的气体室,会改善电池的电化学特性和安全性能。学生身临车间教学中,就容易理解和接受改善电池电化学特性和安全性能的气体室设计原理。课堂教学与生产教学相结合,能够有效提高化学电源课程的教学效果。让学生带着课堂教学引出的问题,进入车间教学课堂解决这些问题和思考化学电源工艺教学的难点,这是好的教学形式。 Electrochemical Power Sources course has strong practicality. Some technological principles of batteries,such as excess of negative active substance,tight assembly technology,gas chamber design,make it difficult for students to be understood only in classroom teaching. Practice teaching can help students find out the technology principles that can’t be effectively expressed in classroom teaching,and stimulate students to think and learn at the same time. In practice teaching,students can easily understand and accept the design principle of gas chamber to improve the electrochemical characteristics and safety performance of batteries. Combining classroom teaching with practice teaching can effectively improve the teaching effect. To solve these problems and think about the technology principles of Electrochemical Power Sources,letting students take the problems arising from classroom teaching into practice teaching,this is a good teaching form.
