摘要
根据教育部相关双语教学文件精神,国际法课因其内容和性质而成为高校率先开设双语教学的主要课程之一。因国际法包含大量的英文案例,案例教学法被广泛应用到国际法双语教学当中。这些英文案例涉及的案情和法律问题非常复杂,因而,如何选取英文案例就成为有效开展国际法双语教学的一个首要问题。笔者在对国际法双语教学和案例教学法简要说明基础上,结合英文案例的难度和复杂性,从多种不同角度阐述选取英文案例的不同标准及其重要性,以期在案例选取环节有效推动国际法双语教学。
According to the relative documents of bilingual teaching by the Ministry of Education, International law, because of its nature and special contents, has first become one of the main courses which are qualified to start bilingual teaching in universities in China. Case method has been widely used in the bilingual teaching of international law in which there are lots of English cases, which are concerned with complicated cases and abundant legal matters. So it has become most important about what kinds of English cases to be chosen in bilingual teaching. On the basis of the brief descriptions of the bilingual teaching of international law and the case method,the writer explains, in consideration of the difficulties and complexities of English cases, some different standards for choosing English cases from various points of view, aiming at promoting effectively the bilingual teaching of international law in the choice of English cases.
