摘要
采用共沉积法于烧结NdFeB磁体表面制备铜-石墨烯复合材料并对其性能进行了表征。结果表明,随着镀液中石墨烯浓度从0增加到0.9 g/L,复合材料表面颗粒细化,形貌更加平整,硬度增高,在极微观视野下,其表面形貌趋向于形成高低起伏状;石墨烯片体以卡槽式堆积于铜基质中,随着复合材料中石墨烯含量的增加,其中氧含量减少,复合材料中铜有从高氧化态向低氧化态或还原态转变的趋势;于0.3 g/L石墨烯的镀液中所制得的复合材料,即其石墨烯原子比例约为10%时,铜结晶性能最好,电化学稳定性最好,对烧结NdFeB表面防护性能最好。
Copper-graphene composites were prepared on the surface of sintered NdFeB by co-deposition method and their properties were characterized.The results show that as the concentration of graphene in the plating solution increases from 0 g/L to 0.9 g/L,the surface of the composite material is refined,the morphology is flatter and the hardness increases.Under the microscopic field of view,the surface morphology tends to form.The graphene sheet is stacked in the copper matrix in a card slot.As the graphene content in the composite increases,the oxygen content decreases,and the copper in the composite material changes from a high oxidation state to a low oxidation state or a reduction.When the composite material prepared in the plating solution of 0.3 g/L graphene,that is,the proportion of graphene atoms is about 10%,copper has the best crystal performance and the best electrochemical stability,has the best surface protection performance of NdFeB.
