摘要
以低速大转矩的风力发电机为研究对象,针对电机选用不同硅钢材料进行电磁仿真分析,研究不同规格硅钢片在同一电机模型中的性能差异,并采用铁损分离方法分析了不同规格硅钢材料的损耗特性。结果表明,针对风力发电机较低工作频率的使用要求,选用较低磁滞损耗的材料,可获得更佳的电机性能。
This paper takes the wind turbine with low speed and large torque as the research object.With the same motor model,the electromagnetic simulation analysis is carried out on the different performance with different silicon steel materials.The iron loss separation method is used to analyze the silicon steel materials with different specifications.The results show that the wind turbine which is working in the lower frequency selects the silicon steel materials with lower hysteresis loss,better motor performance can be obtained.
