我国支线机场助力地方经济转型发展机理研究——基于新结构经济学的框架

A Study on the Mechanism of Regional Airports Helping Local Economic Transformation and Development in China—Based on the Framework of New Structural Economics

文章根据新结构经济学理论分析了我国支线机场助力地方经济转型发展的内在机理,其作用机理遵循:支线机场建设—提升经济体资源禀赋—吸引航空偏好型、关联性企业入驻—发挥企业网络、集聚—实现产业集聚、产业结构升级—地方经济转型实现跨越式发展。并根据作用机理,发挥政府“因势利导”的作用提出目前我国支线机场助力地方经济转型发展路径选择。

According to the theory of new structural economics,this paper analyzes the internal mechanism of regional airports in China to help the transformation and development of local economy.The mechanism is as follows:construction of regional airports,improvement of resource endowment of economies,a ttraction of aviation preference,presence of related enterprises,exertion of enterprise network,agglomeration,realization of industrial agglomeration,upgrading of industrial structure,realization of leapfrog development of local economic transformation.And according to the mechanism,we should give full play to the role of the government"to guide the situation",and put forward the current development path choice of regional airports to help local economic transformation.
