防爆柴油机整机建模与仿真

摘要 本文为了提高洛拖LR6105防爆柴油机性能,采用数值模拟的方法对整机进行建模和仿真,通过数值模拟结果与试验结果比较,发现吻合较好,说明模型具有一定的可靠性,在此基础上通过改变喷油时刻和进气压力,研究喷油时刻和阻火器对发动机动力性的影响,为优化防爆柴油机性能提供了依据。 In order to improve the performance of Luotuo LR6105 explosion-proof diesel engine, the numerical simulation method was used to model and simulate the whole machine. The numerical simulation results were compared with the experimental results, and the results in good agreement, indicating that the model with certain reliability. Based on the change of injection timing and intake pressure, the influence of injection timing and flame arrester on engine power was studied, which provided a basis for optimizing the performance of explosion-proof diesel engine.
