摘要
驱动头架作为带式输送机中的关键部件,提高其结构强度是提高带式输送机作业效率的重要发展方向。以云冈矿运销站中GX2000型带式输送机驱动头架使用过程中存在的故障问题为基础,通过建立驱动头架的仿真模型,开展了该部件的结构特性分析研究,得到了立柱、斜支撑等零件的变形规律及存在的薄弱问题,并对驱动头架的结构尺寸进行优化和改进。改进后的驱动头架结构具有更高的结构强度,满足了带式输送机的使用需求。
The drive head frame as a key component in the belt conveyor,improving its structural strength is an important development direction to enhance the working efficiency of the belt conveyor. Based on the faults in the operation of the GX2000 belt conveyor head frame in Yungang Mine Transportation Station, the structural characteristics of the component were analyzed by establishing the simulation model of the driving head frame, and the column and the slope were obtained.The deformation law of the parts such as the support and the weak problems existed, and the structure size of the drive head frame was optimized and improved. The improved drive head frame structure had higher structural strength and met the needs of the belt conveyor.
