云冈选煤厂排污池自动排水控制系统应用实践 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高排污泵的自动化程度,防止电机因污泥收集坑溢水而出现连电烧机事故,降低作业人员劳动强度,改善作业环境,提高洗煤厂的生产效率。通过对云冈矿洗煤厂浓缩车间污泥收集坑排污泵进行自动化控制系统改造,在污泥收集坑设备高低2个液面传感器和接地线,采用继电器控制原理控制排污泵启停,并实现排污泵运行异常报警。通过1 a的现场应用,排污泵自动控制系统运行良好,未出现故障,保障了设备的安全运行,提高了生产效率,取得了良好的经济效益,创效621万元。 In order to improve the automation of the sewage pump and prevent the motor from being accidentally burned due to the overflow of the sludge collection pit, the labor intensity of the operator was reduced, the working environment and and the production efficiency of the coal washing plant were improved. Through the automatic control system transformation of the sludge collection pit sewage pump in the concentrating workshop of Yungang Coal Washing Plant, two liquid level sensors and grounding wires in the sludge collection pit equipment were used to control the sewage pump to start and stop,sewage discharge was realized, without abnormal pump alarm. Through one year of on-site application, the automatic control system of the sewage pump was running well without failure, which ensured the safe operation of the equipment,improved production efficiency, and achieved good economic benefits, with a profit of 6.21 million yuan.
