摘要
1,4-丁二醇是一种重要的精细化工产品,是用来生产聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)工程塑料和纤维、四氢呋喃(THF)、γ-丁内酯(GBL)、聚氨酯人造革、聚氨酯弹性体以及聚氨酯鞋底胶的重要原料。目前,1,4-丁二醇实现工业化生产的工艺技术方法主要有炔醛法、丁二烯法、环氧丙烷法和顺酐法4种。对1,4-丁二醇工艺技术路线的选择,着重从生产原理、工艺技术来源和特点、原料来源及技术经济等方面进行了论述、比较和分析,并结合我国能源政策和地方资源状况,以及建设单位原料资源优势、产品结构、规模大小和投资等因素,建议在我国富煤区域,采用炔醛法生产工艺。
1,4-Butanediol is an important fine chemical product and on important raw materials for the production of polybutylene terephthalate(PBT) engineering plastics and fibers, tetrahydrofuran(THF), γ-butyrolactone(GBL),polyurethane artificial leather, polyurethane elastomer and polyurethane sole rubber. At present, the technological methods for realizing industrial production of 1,4-butanediol mainly include four methods: butadiene method, propylene oxide method and maleic anhydride method. In order to select the appropiate technical route of 1,4-butanediol,the production principle, the source and characteristics of process technology, the source of raw materials, the technical economy, etc., were discussed, compared and analyzed. Combined with China’s energy policy and local resources, and the raw material resource advantages, product structure, scale, investment and other factors of construction unit, it is recommended to use acetylene aldehyde production process in China’s rich coal area.
