己内酰胺肟化工艺研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 己内酰胺的生产过程中,由环己酮生成环己酮肟的肟化反应起着重要作用。综述并介绍了传统肟化工艺(拉西法、NO催化还原法、磷酸羟胺肟化法)、新型肟化工艺(催化工艺)(气相氨肟化法和液相氨肟化工艺),以及各工艺的优缺点。提出催化剂对肟化反应起到重要作用,新型现代生产工艺中的气相和液相氨肟化法,将催化剂引入肟化反应,使副产物降到最少,使生产效率得到显著提高;节省资源、能源、降低成本是该肟化工艺的重要研究方向。催化剂催化效果、反应后催化剂的分离催化活性和使用寿命是主要研究内容。 In the production of caprolactam, the deuteration reaction of cyclohexanone oxime from cyclohexanone plays an important role. The traditional deuteration process including Laxi method, NO catalytic reduction method, hydroxylamine deuteration method, the new deuteration process(catalytic process) including gas phase ammonia deuteration method and liquid phase ammonia deuteration process, and the advantages and disdvatages of various processes were introduced. It is proposed that the catalyst plays an important role in the deuteration reaction. The gas phase and liquid phase ammonia deuteration methods in the new modern production process introduce the catalyst into the deuteration reaction to minimize by-products and significantly increase the production efficiency. Saving resources, energy, and reducing costs are important research directions for this deuteration process. The catalytic effect of the catalyst, the maximum catalytic activity and the service life of the catalyst after the reaction are main research contents.
