摘要
为防止民航不安全事件的发生,通过对民航管制员认知模型的分析以及类比其他高危职业任职人员心理倾向性评估测试内容,以民航事故报告作为指标支撑,采用"提取类别,相互交叉"的方法,提取出一套适合评估管制员心理倾向性的方法。分析了管制员心理倾向性评估方案,分析结果显示提取的心理倾向性指标是合理的,评估方案可以用于一线管制单位对管制员的选拔以及检测在职管制员的心理健康变化。
By analyzing the characteristics of civil aviation controllers and comparing the test indicators of different high-risk occupational psychological orientations,the method of extracting categories and cross-corresponding is used to give appropriate controllers′ psychological orientation evaluation indicators.And the corresponding controller′s psychological orientation quantification program.The analysis of the controller′s quantification scheme shows that the indicators given can fully reflect the civil aviation controller′s occupational requirements and can be used to assist the first-line control unit in recruiting,training and re-training the controllers who have already been employed.
