摘要
随着中国民航的飞速发展,航空保障资源日趋紧张,中国民航为适应新形势的发展,开展机坪管制移交工作,有效地解决了机坪多方管理、责任不清的实际问题。但是如何更大地发挥机场主体作用,建设一套适合机场管理的机坪塔台自动化系统,更好地提升航班的保障效率,还需要作出很大的努力。通过开展国内多家机场机坪管制系统建设的经验总结,较详细地描述了一套适合机场方的独立自主机坪塔台自动化系统建设方案,重点阐述建设目标、功能描述、实现方法和技术优势,为正在和将要开展机坪管制移交工作的机场提供借鉴。
With the rapid development of civil aviation in China,the aviation security resources are increasingly strained.In order to adapt the development of the new situation,civil aviation of China has carried out the transfer of apron control,which has effectively solved the practical problems of multiple management and unclear responsibilities of the apron.However,how to give greater play to the main role of the airport,build an apron tower automation system suitable for airport management,and better improve the flight security efficiency,people still need to make great efforts.Based on the experience of the author in constructing the apron control system for many airports in China,the construction plan of an independent and autonomous apron tower automation system suitable for the airport side is described in detail.This paper focus on the construction goals,functional descriptions,realization methods and technical advantages.It provide reference for the airport that is carrying out and will carry out the transfer of apron control.
