摘要
运输需求扩大、交通量增多,导致空域拥堵、航班延误频发,优化空域结构、航路航线以及进离场程序成为问题突破口。点汇聚系统(Point Merge System,PMS)是一种基于精密区域导航(P-RNAV)的新型仪表进近程序。该技术可以在不使用开环运行方式的情况下,有效地实现各个不同方向进场交通流的排序、汇聚和调度,减轻管制员工作负荷,同时提升高度剖面集中度和水平航迹复现性。从PMS的背景概念、运行模式展开,凝练技术要点,总结相对优势,并对未来PMS在我国的应用提出建议。
The expansion of transportation demand and the increase of traffic volume have led to airspace congestion and frequent flight delays.The optimization of airspace structure,routes and entry and exit procedures have become a breakthrough.Point merge system is a new instrument approach procedure based on precision area navigation.The system can effectively realize the sequencing,merging,and scheduling of incoming traffic flow in different directions without using the open-loop operation mode,reduce the controller workload,and improve the height profile concentration and horizontal track reproducibility.This paper starts from the background concept and operation mode of PMS,condenses the technical points,summarizes the relative advantages,and puts forward suggestions for the application of PMS in China in the future.
