摘要
研究使用CT30试样测量了ER6、CL60和AAR-C车轮钢的平面应变断裂韧度K IC,通过试验结果的有效性分析和断口观察,分析材料种类对车轮钢断裂机制的影响,研究了CT30试样测试车轮钢K IC的适用性。
In this study,the plane strain fracture toughness KIC of ER6、CL60 and AAR-C wheel steels was measured using CT30 specimens.Then,the effectiveness of the test results and fracture observation were conducted to analyze the effect of material types of wheel steel on its fracture mechanism.The applicability of CT30 specimen to KIC test of wheel steels was also studied.
