摘要
通过分析铁水渣及转炉终点渣的成分,分别研究了扒渣量对转炉造渣料(石灰及镁球)消耗及转炉终点渣的影响,结合工业试验数据,得出如下结论:铁水扒渣工艺可以降低转炉造渣料及钢铁料消耗,减少转炉渣量,从而改善转炉的冶炼环境,提高钢水的冶炼质量,降低冶炼困难与成本。
This paper analyses the composition of hot metal slag and converter end slag,and the effects of slag scraping amount on the consumption of slag-making materials(lime and magnesium spheres)and the final slag of converter were studied respectively.Combining the data of industrial test data,The following conclusions are draw:Hot metal slagging process can reduce the consumption of converter slag,iron and steel materials,and the amount of converter slag,thus improving the converter smelting environment,the quality of molten steel,and the smelting difficulties and costs.
