摘要
热镀锌钢板表面出现色差现象最主要的影响因素有钝化剂性能、防锈油性能以及生产工艺。当这三种因素达不到设计要求时,很容易产生色差缺陷,因此,需要对这些影响因素加强控制,减少甚至消除色差现象产生的根源,在现有的设备条件合理的选择防锈油和钝化剂,并调整生产工艺,使产品表面达到客户要求。
With he most important factors affecting the Chromatism on the surface of hot galvanized steel plate are the passivator performance,rust resistant oil performance and production process.When these three factors do not meet the design requirements,it is very easy to produce Chromatism defects.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the control of these factors,reduce or even eliminate the root causes of Chromatism phenomenon,and choose rust resistant oils and passivators in the existing equipment conditions.And adjust the production process to make the product surface meet customer requirements.
