摘要
中性点不接地是10 kV配电系统常见的运行方式,系统发生单相接地故障时允许运行2 h。此文主要介绍了一起变电站内10 kV母线TV击穿事故,分析了导致TV击穿的原因,给出了处理过程,揭示了目前存在的问题,提出了应对措施,以减少此类事故的发生。
It is a common operation mode for 10 kV power distribution system to have neutral points ungrounded.When a single-phase earth fault occurs, the system is allowed to run for 2 h.This paper mainly introduces a 10 kV busbar TV breakdown accident in the substation.The cause of TV breakdown is analyzed,the disposal process is provided,the present problems are revealed and the countermeasures are put forward,so as to reduce the occurrence of such accidents.
