From national security to social stability,from enterprise safety production to the things in life of ordinary people,modern emergency management has affected all aspects of people’s production and life.In the long-term production practice,people have a deeper understanding of the definition,connotation,responsibility and significance of "emergency".We shall enhance emergency consciousness,improve emergency skills,promote emergency capacity building,strengthen emergency preparedness,deal with rescue scientifically,ensure the safety of life,living and production,and then achieve the overall safety of groups,society and the country.
