摘要
主要介绍TP304不锈钢和H62黄铜异种材料的高频感应钎焊工艺,其是一种高效、便捷的黄铜与不锈钢焊接工艺,并在核电领域得到应用。通过合理的接头设计、参数设计和检测技术,保证TP304与H62异种金属的接头质量,避免了热裂纹等焊接缺陷,提高了产品合格率,解决了焊接上的难题。
This paper mainly describes the high frequency induction brazing technology of TP304 stainless steel and H62 brass dissimilar materials,which is an efficient and convenient welding technology of brass and stainless steel and has been applied in nuclear power field.Through reasonable joint design,parameter design and testing technology,it guarantees the joint quality of TP304 and H62 dissimilar metal,avoids hot cracks and other welding defects,improves the qualified rate of product and solves this difficult problem of welding.
