摘要
安全生产是企业实现可持续发展的前提,安全教育培训工作是确保安全生产的一项最基本工作,做好安全教育培训意义重大。因此,安全知识及技能培训是电力企业一线新员工岗前培训的重点内容,为提升培训效果,对一线新员工安全知识及技能的学习需求和水平开展调查研究。此文介绍了一线新员工的调研情况及调研结果,充分考虑新员工的学历、专业背景等影响因素,深入挖掘新员工的安全培训需求,为更好地开展安全培训提供了对策及建议。
Safety production is the premise of sustainable development for enterprises,safety education and training is the most basic work to ensure safety production,and it is of great significance to do a good job in safety education and training.Therefore safety knowledge and skill training is the key content of induction training for new front-line employees in power enterprises.In order to improve the training effect,research on the learning needs and level of safety knowledge and skill of new front-line employees is conducted.This paper introduces the research situation and results of the front-line new employees,which fully considers the influencing factors such as their educational and professional background,deeply quests their safety training needs,and provides countermeasures and suggestions for better safety training.
