摘要
针对PCB板孔图像由于阴影干扰导致图像分割不理想的问题,提出一种PCB板分割图像阴影消除与图像修复算法。该算法首先采用模糊算法对图像进行增强处理,然后依据OTSU算法与传统阈值分割算法的图像分割特性,获取最佳分割阈值并削弱阴影干扰,最终完成两种算法最优分割图像部分"拼接",实现图像修复。实验结果表明,本文提出的算法能够有效解决阴影存在导致的分割效果不理想的问题,同时验证了模糊增强算法对于阴影消除的作用。
Aiming at the problem that the image segmentation result is not ideal because of shadow interference in modern industrial production line, this paper proposes a new method based on machine vision technology, and fuzzy enhancement algorithm is used to preprocess the image, and the optimal segmentation threshold of the image is obtained by combining the OTSU algorithm with the traditional threshold segmentation technology, and the shadow interference is weakened. Experiments show that the algorithm can effectively solve the problem that the shadow is too bright and the segmentation effect of the segmentation image is not ideal, and the effect of fuzzy enhancement algorithm on shadow elimination is verified.
